I am 34 years old, and a 1994 graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Economics. Immediately after graduation, I opened a small restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina which I later sold. I am now a 10 year resident of Alabama.

For the past 5 years, my wife and I have been active investors in real estate and found rental units a stable and steady source of income.
