Cost for
services: The greater of 1 month's rent OR 10%
of the total expected lease revenue

Example 1:
- Your tenant signs a 1 year lease and pays $1,000 per month.
- 10% of the total expected revenue is $1,200. (12 months
times $1,000 per month)
- This $1,200 is paid to RE/MAX Southern Homes
Example 2:
- Your tenant signs a 6 month lease and pays $1,000 per
month.
- $1,000 would be paid to RE/MAX Southern Homes
What can we do to help you find a tenant? If you only own
a few properties, it might be worth it to manage the property
yourself. If you manage your property, you can save management
fees in most cases.
Paul DeCarlo can help you find a qualified tenant, provide
information regarding the 2006 Landlord Tenant Act, discuss
the details of renting, and discuss possible tax and insurance
information to consider. As a Landlord and real estate professional,
I am uniquely qualified to help you decide what makes the
best financial sense.
We advertise your property for lease in publications and
web sites for the greatest exposure to the market. Additionally,
we use yard signs and fliers to help broadcast to the maximum
number of potential tenants.

or Tenant. All payments and checks to be delivered to Landlord
or Tenant as stated in the Lease Agreement made solely between
Landlord and Tenant.
All property related questions
and other issues regarding the Lease Agreement are to be handled
exclusively between and by Landlord and Tenant. Landlord is
advised to perform credit checks and background checks deemed
appropriate or necessary by Landlord.
Landlord and Tenant agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless
RE/MAX Southern Homes and Paul DeCarlo, against and from any
claims, suits, damages, losses or other costs or expenses
(including court costs and attorney’s fees) relating
to, arising out of or in connection with any actual or alleged
inaccurate or incomplete information, unlawful restrictions
or violations, or any disagreements arising from the terms
or lack thereof associated with the Lease Agreement by Landlord
or Tenant.
